Are there things you hated eating as a kid but now absolutely love?

Or maybe the reverse as a youngster you used to love eating certain things but in adult life consider disgusting....

I used to hate olives and pesto now i cant get enough of them. I used to like things super sweet the more sugar the better now i take all hot drinks without sugar.

Indulge my nosiness

Wirral

I loathed the sliminess of mushrooms when I was a kid, but I love them now.

I loved tinned tomato soup, but now when I eat it all I can taste is sugar; it's hideous.

Cornwall

For me as I've got older, it's mainly been eating foods that are less sweet and not having sugar in drinks.

Now that I'm more conscious of the content of ready meals/convenience foods I will try to avoid them as well as much as I can but when I do, I really notice the sugar/fat/salt

I've grown to love tomatoes, mushrooms, honey, coffee. Some things I keep trying but just don't like them... Yet, like bananas, raw fruit in general, cashews, Broad beans.
