Being on a diet

So just over a week ago I felt the need to lose weight.

If I can lose a bit of tummy not only will i be healthier bit hopefully get alittle more luck on here I've lost 6lb in just over a week.

Any tips to help me lose more

All I have done so far it cut out eating any fatty foods so breakfast I have an apple and a coffee red milk no sugar lunch is two sandwiches on brown bread just ham and salad no butter and as always coffee and for dinner just a normal meal bit smaller portions than I would normally eat and a coffee in the evening.

I do have a very physical job but I wanna lose about 3 maybe 4 stone

Depending on your normal intake of water I would reconsider drinking more.

If you are drinking the "daily reccomend amount" but want to drink more for example, you could end up suffering from Hyponatremia.

Stay safe when choosing a custom diet

I can honestly say the only watering drink tends to be hot with coffee and milk added lol

Just demolished an entire large box of Baileys chocolates straight from the fridge, left over from Xmas.

Still. I suppose there's now more room in the fridge for salad.

Yes aim for a consistent 1 to 2 pounds a week

Sadly much as you wish you have not lost 6 lbs of fat x

You've done well with loising 6lbs although it's all the carb water retention.

I'm in keto diet average 2 lbs a week and IF 16/8

That’s way too few calories and what you’ll have lost in a week would just be water weight.

You’d lose a couple of pounds shaving the hair off your body but on a serious note what you’re eating is not sustainable.

It’s sugar you need to cut out to lose fat.

You could eat bacon and scrambled egg every day for breakfast and lose weight. Try looking at keto recipes.

Have 1 cheet day a week.

It will help you stick to your diet.
