What’s your favourite form of potato?

It’s difficult to pick but I reckon it’s roast tatties for me

Wirral

New potatoes, steamed and crushed, mixed with beaten egg and loads of salt and pepper, little bit of pecorino if I have some in: new potato frittata. Gorgeous for weekend brunch.

Otherwise lovely fluffy jacket spud with a bit of butter.

Jacket potato for me but it has to be cooked just right... crispy skin and soft and fluffy inside.

I've just realised I love potatoes as I can't choose! Dauphinoise are def up there but I do love a chip, buttery mash (had the most amazing in Paris) and I love a jacket when done properly too!

Ooh, it’s hard to choose between very buttery mash and roasties.

BRIDPORT

Definitely jacket spud for me. I also get quite disproportionately wound up when people leave the skin and just eat the middle.

Baby new potatoes, boiled in their skins with a sprig of fresh mint from the garden, served with a dollop of salted butter.

I'm craving potatoes now!

Homemade roast potatoes for me... fluffed up and cooked in goose fat with garlic, rosemary, some mint sauce and dijon mustard.
