A 3 km is planned for the morning just to tick something off for the legs before saturdays Park run " Stretch and flex is like yoga and Pilates - felt a bit silly at first and actually got in to. | |||

" 3km done in 5km pace!!! Not rapidly quick but it did feel a bit icey out there and on pavements so didn’t give it 100% for heart rate deliberated. Still 6min km though | |||

"Let us say that I'd been burning the candle at both ends for 5 days.. Spontaneous 10k this morning, few substantial hills. I'd like to lop 10-minutes off, get back to previous form- but with swollen tonsils, I did well not to vomit 10 times the first 2 miles. Just Glad to have finished. " If you've got tonsillitis you really shouldn't be running! | |||
