well i arrange partys and had one planned for tonight , so this woman who could not COME talks me into re arranging it for monday night

so i go to all the trouble of getting in touch with everyone and explaining the change of date to ..............wake up today to be met with

ive changed my mind !!! and not only that hides so i cannot even reply by blocking me !!

and you say you cannot name and shame

should be like ebay and be able to leave bad feedback as well as good !

you know who you are if you want to lift the block and grow some balls and chat about it !!

how annoying we are having similar problems with someone but luckily we are meeting in chams so dont need to rearrange as there will be others there for my birthday bash. It is supper frustrating if she has only hidden you can still reply to message but if shes blocked you just add her name to search and block her so you dont have your time wasted again

I would move on and forget about her. If she does turn up its a bonus. If not its her loss.

Some people just enjoy the attention they get by messing others around.

I'm sorry to say this but ....people are entitled to change their mind. Naming and shaming/leaving negative feedback is not the way forward.

If we were unhappy with the way someone was acting then we would block them and not give it another thought.

Why would you rearrange a Friday night party to a Monday night just to accommodate one person? There must have been a high drop out rate by changing it to a Monday surely?

Never mind the drop out rate... I am surprised there wasn't a thread saying:

How Annoying, we arranged to go to a Party and then the guy changed the date from a Friday to a Monday!

Yeah we had that too! After sorting out a sitter.

So, if you get my point... you find it annoying that she changed her mind... how many people could you have annoyed by changing the date? It doesn't matter if you did actually annoy anyone or not... the principle of what you did is the same as what she did.

I do understand things happen which are annoying, but it doesn't mean they have done anything wrong enough to be hung.

You can sleate her all you like, but seriously take a look at yourself.

You felt she was more important than ALL the other guests at your party?

You felt it was ok to mess around ALL the other guests by changing the date on the day?

Is this the first thread where someone has confessed to being a timewaster? I suspect that a few of the other guests are of that opinion...

What to do is tell her it's a fancy dress party at some random address and then she'll know what messing about is, when she gets there and nobody knows anything about it. 9 time your either stupid or desperate pal. I wouldn't put up with that from Jennifer Aniston.
