Deleting unread messages

if I’ve sent a couple of messages out to women I like the sound of and they haven’t read it after a couple of days, should I just delete them from my sent box and assume they won’t ever read them?

When is a sensible time to delete unread sent messages ?

You can delete them pretty much straight away I'd say, no point torturing yourself by checking sent messages. They'll reply if they want to chat.

If a message is deleted while unread it means it didnt send properly

Send another one and you should get a response

6 mins that’s harsh, got some 6 hours not opened but will at some point.

Don’t think it deletes their end so they won’t be aware you have deleted but if they have been online a few times since you sent and not bothered to open then I probably would delete if you keep checking it and it bothers you.

Always delete your sent box straight away. Then you aren’t checking it and wondering. If you get a reply, it’ll be a nice surprise.
