Right, I describe myself as fabulous and I'm realistic in my assessment that as a 63 year old woman my body is in pretty good nick. I feel I need to point out that this doesn't mean I'm up myself or ugly on the inside.

I swim and limit my carb intake, remain active in my day to day life and don't deny myself anything.

I know I'm not Madonna but I honestly think that moderation in most things leads to long term body positivity.

work my ass off to stave off the impending forces of age and grow old disgracefully. I found i have to ve very careful with what i eat compared to what i was like in my 20's

There's a reason I don't show my stomach in pictures!!! XD.

It's all in the angles!!!

In all seriousness though it's about maintaining a routine, eat right and moderate excersize..

I unfortunatly love my food too much to give any of it up.
