I often see ladies writing “please make an effort” on their profile.

What would you ladies exactly expect us to write ? What is acceptable as an “effort”...Just curiosity.

I also do not like, copy paste speeches, Hi, how are you etc.

We can’t advise you because we don’t know who you are trying to message. Maybe hire a PA to do your messages for you
