Last nice thing you did for a complete stranger

Today I helped a old couple who’s car had broken down and the reception I got from them has still got me feeling on a high, it was as though I’d saved a life. The elderly lady was almost in tears saying she didn’t think anyone was going to stop and had been in the spot for over 30 minutes: it’s definitely made me thinking about myself and being to busy to help others but you do get an amazing feeling and I will certainly be reflecting on this. So what was the last nice thing you did for a complete stranger

Slammed the brakes on when they stepped out in front of my car.

Had it not been a stranger (an ex, our local Yodel delivery driver or Boris Johnson) I'd probably have accelerated.

Oh yeah, probably. It is a very rural area, one bus a day, so the chances are that he was going the only place that one bus goes. I have picked up random strangers before walking in the snow or stood at a bus stop.

A man outside a petrol station shop was not allowed in to purchase bread and cigarettes as he had a large dog with him. I offered to hold the dog whilst he went inside alone. Always nice to be nice.

I saved a pension couple from becomeing homeless . Got them a week of shopping an fuel for the house . They hadnt a penny cause of landlord making up bull charges . Long story short that land lord black listed me

Always try and help people. Once found an old lady wandering around who couldn’t rem_mber where she lived. Took her to the police station, they knew who she was and asked me to take her home.

i did meet an old man one time that was homeless he was in his 50s. Every morn he called to my house for breakfast( just coffee) he go of for the day and come back for dinner . I help him build a wood cabbin ti live in jist a few mins away.

I found a drug addict overdosing as a teen so i had a quick boob squeeze then ran to find help she went hospital and lived nice boobs

An elderly man asked me to take him home I realised he was lost and confused so said ok jump in, when I got to his house a young lady answered the door, she seemed to know him but said he had moved out 20 years previously but she did know the care home he now lived in so I took him there

Helped an old lady today with her shopping in Sainsbury's

She was staring up at the shelf & couldn't reach what she wanted.

She was lovely & joked she always needed help as only 5'1"

I went round the rest of the store with her.

It's good to be able to help when & where you can

Helping a lost couple in a mobile signal blackspot. They followed me back into signal where we got them directions to where they wanted to go.

Picked up an old man waiting in the middle of nowhere for a bus, kinda instantly regretted it when the stench of old piss hit my nostrils

That happens a lot where I live too. I quite often offer lifts to people and had the same extended to me in the snow.

I bought a homeless guy a coffee a few mornings ago when it was baltic and gave him a fiver for another one. We are now best friends as he was ever so thankful and told me good things were coming my way
