I would say I have different versions of myself. I have different personalities depending on what sort of group of people I'm with. I have a approachable face so I speak to new people all the time so I guess I adapt depending on what they need.

Depends on the person and situation. With fab I keep my personal life away from it apart from with my Dom. Not so much being a different person just not fully opening myself to everyone.

I've always had different masks for myself. They're all me but I play up or down different aspects depending on the context. (Sexy in a club, leave me alone bitch in the weights room, gregarious and open in community volunteer work)

I've worked out that I need to focus more on different versions of myself for different people, not just contexts.

Absolutely have different versions, work mode is completely different to hanging with mates then different again when I’m with my kids...

They are all me, just faceted in a way which reflects that environment at the time.

I have several masks depending on the situation. And they are all me to a certain extent. But it's important not to hide behind one mask for too long, for example the I am fine mask when you are upset.

In different situations I guess I feel slightly different, but all of that is me, whether I'm feeling shy or more confident, chatty or more quiet, I really don't know how to not be exactly as I am.

I have two versions of myself.

The mediocre quiet one that goes to work in drab & steel toes caps to earn enough to feed the kids & pay the mortgage.

Then there is the glam version that appears on cam in chat every so often. Prettier, naughtier, more confident & wannabe dancer.

That's being the real me. The one I'm too scared to show in real life but who screams to get out.

Being myself is easy. Getting people used to the fact is slightly less so. I'm a loud, brash knobhead and I'm at peace with that. However I do have a caring, lovely side that is easily teased out when I'm in good company.

Yes and no.

Im always myself in the sense that I don't put on heirs and graces or pretend to be someone I'm not.

However I behave slightly differently depending on the situation I find myself in. So at work I'm far more formal than at home or with family/friends.

When at home with Ash I let go completely and I'm the totally natural form of myself.

What is it to be myself? No idea. I mean, that's all anyone can be right? You can't be someone else unless you're living a lie but then by acknowledging that, you'd have blow your cover, so you're back to yourself.

I can't be anyone but me. I'm complicated a mixture of happy sad loving dismissive trusting guarded open cynical honest and less so, able to present a me to the world that can be professional or an idiot and everything else in between to allow me to navigate life.

Yet that real me, it doesn't change much my values are in part fixed yet can bend to reflect those things that I learn. I present as circumstances dictate. Those circumstances just form multiple parts of our human interaction and acting appropriately to the social or other situations we find yourself in.

The "real" me, I probably even hide on here much of the time behind a wall of self deprecation and banal humor and yet I hope never intentionally hurting another by my words and actions even though I know I can do from time to time.

It's not easy to define ourselves in a few words, human, I hope, far more caring than I would ever openly admit, loyal, sometimes strong and self contained, other times way to vulnerable, especially with those I love, aware that i can be good or bad and everything in between.

A little bit broken, aware that others can hurt too. Sometimes the real me my emotions are all too apparent, other times I hide behind walls of my own creation for self protection, so that I protect myself from hurt. Although that doesnt work much of the time.

Far from perfect yet content in my own skin, most of the time.

I'm nothing special, just a man trying to live hopefully the best way I know how sometimes failing me sometimes failing others, and like love when I fail it's only if I just quit that I let myself and others down.

I really don't like self reflection much, it makes me face my frailties and frustrations.....
