I've heard of that but dont know what's in it ??" It’s one of those dishes that has a million recipes. Mine is rice, chicken, mussels, calamari, prawns, chorizo, onion, peppers and various spices. There’s a good base recipe in the Beeb recipe site. Look for Momma’s Meat Jambalaya. | |||

I absolutely have to have chorizo in mine but I’ve also added chunks of normal sausage when removing the seafood for friends. It’s just as good. Knock yourself out! | |||
