if its 60 mins the paper will still be damp. the bubbles disappear when it drys

Not always,especially if the paper hasn't been soaked for the correct amount of time which, given the title of the programme is unlikely. There's loads of pix on here that will testify to that!

well i can only speak from personal experience

when the decorators done the bedroom it was the same and i pointed it out. once dried all good

i dont the next room myself and samething happened. i didnt panic though and sure enough they disappeared

something about it drying and stretching

If the paper has to be pasted then yes it does need to soak, but some papers now you paste the wall not the paper
