"He’s appealed a few times so far and been unsuccessful every time. Why?" Because he’s guilty.

"He blamed his sister. He’s guilty as fuck. Why do you think he's guilty? Why do you think he’s innocent?" Because a family member went back to the house and supposedly found the silencer for the gun with Jeremy's sisters blood on it, just before Jeramy was ruled out of it in court. Surely police would of found it first after searching the house.. But no they found nothing. This family member was in line to inherit everything. Which makes me think that it wasn't done by jeramy or his sister, but by someone else. So why do you think he's guilty?

"He’s appealed a few times so far and been unsuccessful every time. Why?" Of course he's now a convicted murderer it's not going to be easy to over turn that.
