"Hi all So at my local supermarket fish is sold I believe in 3 ways: 1) frozen fish in the freezers. 2) vacuum seal packed fish in the refrigerators. 3) a fishmonger stood behind an ice counter full of raw fish. I'm wanting to start eating more fish the new 2020 me lol but I'm confused as to why fish is sold in these 3 ways or what the benefits or differences are. Does anyone here know? Thanks in advance " Frozen fish lasts longer. You generally cook it from frozen too. Some people prefer fresh. At the fishmongers counter you can buy bigger or smaller portions according to what you want/need. Hope that helps! | |||
