Hi all!

So, I've joined the gym...

I used to work in a gym a few years ago, and since leaving I haven't set foot in one since....until today.

I need to update my playlist, I mainly do weights so something to keep me motivated please.

I like metal/rock mainly, but open to most suggestions.

Fire away!

Anything with a quick tempo to keep you going. I have a for running playlist on my iPod nano (old school ) of over 600 songs (indie/rock music), it works really well for motivation both at the gym and whilst out running.

The Glitch Mob remix of Seven Nation Army is pretty solid too

Just checked it out. Pretty good but I miss the guitar solos!

Motown and Northern Soul. Keeps you moving between sets. Musical cardio.

I know what you mean. Good for deadlifting though

Used to train with a guy a few years ago and every deadlift day he used to have Nag Nag Nag by Cabaret Voltaire on loop.

Apart from that he was quite normal.

It's AC/DC when I run now in the gym, no better music to run to for me.

Today it was "We've Come For You All" by Anthrax, with a couple of tracks from Tragedy's "We Rock Sweet Balls And Can Do No Wrong" on the end.
