Depends why I'm in a bad mood. I tend to get quite anti social so anything that involves hiding from the world helps. Tonight it'll be a cuppa and an early night.

Hope you find something that helps xx

Short term bit of retail therapy maybe a nice walk with the doggos.

Long term I make plans such as a holiday weekend etc as it gives me something to look forward to and a fitness goal.

A bath and washing yourself and your hair. Talking to people, last Saturday and Sunday I was so upset and in a shitty mood from being stood up Friday night but people on here actually were great, pms and just nice chat helped.

Also having a take away or a naughty food treat cheers me up.

Dancing round my lounge to the music of my teens as loud as I can bear it.

Phoning a friend who can reminisce with me about really funny times we've shared.

Going for a long barefoot walk on the beach and feeling my feet sink into wet sand.

Or just having a wank, depending on the reason behind my mood it can help.

Honestly, vitamin B12,

A friend had half his stomach removed due to cancer.

He has to have vitamin B12 injections every few months.

The difference between when he is due one and has had one is almost palpable.

I’ve started taking the tablet supplements, cheered my sad days up.

Music, meditate, dance, nature, get with friends. Depends what the 'bad mood' is..somethings aren't meant to be gotten out of. Sometimes its supposed to be gone through, faced, looked at.

In my happy place

Soak in bath with best shower gel, plenty of body lotion, fresh pjs. Fresh made bed.

Something tasty to eat.

Sleep.

Start the next day with clean slate.

I do miss living near the beach. It was always deserted and a great place to just wander watching rolling breakers in a storm or just gentle lapping waves in the calm.

If I'm upset or in a bad mood then a nice hot shower, put favourite pj's on, put some music on loud, dance around and sing my heart out...

If this doesn't work I just have a cry and go to bed as tomorrow is another day.. X

I usually imagine myself being in a vegetative state, 100% aware, but unable to move or communicate, and compare my life with that. I instantly feel guilty for daring to be in a bad mood.
