Is it "ok" for all genders to be able to physically see each other going to "number ones". IE with no cubicles. If not, why not?

Well, you're a man, you're expected to share urinals with other men, so why shouldn't you see women do likewise? Equally, why should women be afforded such privacy when men are not?

Most Male toilets also have cubicles. Sharing isnt enforced it's an option.

Don't know about "number ones" but a change of tampon during heavy period should be fun to watch.

Because I don't want to piss in front of other people. I don't piss in front of women, I'm sure as fuck not doing so in a room full of cocks, especially those that can't clean up after themselves.

a few venues i.e nightclubs local amusement park have unisex toilets down here as well as separate male and female loos and they function fine. All cubicles in the unisex however and that’s how it should be

No I'd like privacy and a same sex toilet.

And before you say anything about men having to share urinals, I'm not saying I agree with that either. But I'm not a man so I can't comment from that perspective.

Men don't have separate urinals for homosexual men or anyone else. I don't see that as an excuse. There's nothing stopping a gay man standing at a urinal, just to look at dick is there?

Tradition could well be right. When most buildings were designed no onec was considering sexuality when designing toilets and changing facilities.

Having used all three, male, female and unisex i think that women should have the privacy of a cubicle.

The amount of clothing coming off and flesh on show is massive compared to a guy at a urinal where your hands are pretty much hiding everything plus what guys look left or right

Half dont even look down to see where they're going judging by some of the messes some leave behind.

"I wonder if people have different toilets for men and women at home"

I don't understand this one. Surely you don't invite unfamiliar m_mbers of the public into your house to use your toilet on a day-to-day basis do you? Effectively, you personally know pretty much everyone who uses your toilet. A public toilet where more than one person at a time can enter a toilet-block with no discrimination between sexes is surely a very different situation.

"I wonder if people have different toilets for men and women at home

I don't understand this one. Surely you don't invite unfamiliar m_mbers of the public into your house to use your toilet on a day-to-day basis do you? Effectively, you personally know pretty much everyone who uses your toilet. A public toilet where more than one person at a time can enter a toilet-block with no discrimination between sexes is surely a very different situation. "

Men don't have separate urinals for homosexual men or anyone else. I don't see that as an excuse. There's nothing stopping a gay man standing at a urinal, just to look at dick is there?

Gay men can look at dick in lots of places,it is the closeted (hetero) ones that often stand at urinals, wishing and hoping.

Even so, why should straight men be expected to expose themselves, when women are given individual privacy?

Couldn't men just wait for the cubicle

Could be a long wait! And what about open changing rooms?! My gym has no privacy at all! Why isn't it unisex? Why the separation of sexes, but not sexual preference?

Go to a different gym.

And it's sex segregated to protect women I'm sure.

Why don’t we protect the men?

From what?

Whatever we’re protecting women from

I'm not sure you can protect men from male violence by splitting the toilets/ changing rooms.

What about female violence?"

It's pretty rare, comparatively for women to assault men in a public bathroom...

Hiding from twats

We had unisex toilets at uni, no problems whatsoever. The local swimming pool has a unisex changing room, also no issue. It doesn't bother me one bit, everyone gets their own cubicle, so nobody sees anyone else. And it must be nicer for trans people to not have to deal with people commenting that they're in the 'wrong' toilets.

I think all toilets should be in cubicles.

I’d never have been happy to pee publicly.

As for ladies privacy, we sometimes have to pretty much get naked to pee. If I wear a playsuit without a bra I have to take it off, and have it pulled down with my knickers. I’m then naked from the knees up.

I believe that the fascination/appeal/anticipation of whatever gender appeals to you is partly due to the desire and mystery that surrounds them.

Why, are you incapable of reading the Act, or are you just trying to make a point?

As the Act stands to your question about whether women who have a GRC can be excluded legally from a single sex female space, the answer is yes. This can be to protect women who have another protected characteristic such as religion, or for other reasons.
