How often do you change your bed sheets?

I may be a little OCD and change them every day... anyone else as bad?

Once a week. I have a double bed to myself and sleep on different sides. I also work full time nights so only sleep for 5hrs during the day when i am working.

Usually weekly, unless I have a guest visiting or they somehow require changing sooner!

Even if you change bedsheets everyday it’s not gonna kill the bed bugs in the mattress. Unless you change that every day

Once a week. Unless they have been soiled after a wank

You’re the only one who called yourself OCD

Yes, I know that... I like to sleep on a clean bed, I’m not so OCD about other things...

The shire

Once a week at the minimum. Avg 8 hours per night 7 nights is 56 hours. You wouldn't wear the same clothes for 56 hours would you

This seems a little extreme to me OP

When I was with many ex, she used to change them every week, but now I'm living on my own, I can turn the bedsheet round, swap the pillows, and flip the quilt, so I have a sniffer dog to tell me when it needs doing

If you've been diagnosed with that serious anxiety disorder, then you have it.

If you favour neatness or other characteristics more than a regular person, no, you don't have a mental illness.

Hope this helps.

Never put it as a mental illness... just like clean things

Obsessive compulsive disorder is a mental illness. It's not a synonym for fastidious
