"Depends who is coming round and whether I want to serve or just put heaped dishes in the middle and let everyone help themselves. If I'm serving then in this weather it would be something carb-heavy and warmly spiced, so maybe pasticcio or slow cooked lamb with pasta. If it's a middle-of-the-table jobbie then lamb tagine with herby lemon couscous and loads of olives, balsamic onions, spiced peas and beans and flatbreads with dips. If it's a more intimate dinner for two then steak with chimichurri. Always a winner." Please let me know the next time you’re planning a dinner party | |||
