Well, this season is fast approaching, who do you think will be the dark horses to look out for in the championship? Personally think that Tom chilling and josh cook will have a great chance in the btc hondas!

Creasey will one to watch, sutton will struggle in the infinity for the first season, cook is a serious contender this season but my money's on dan cam for the championship he's hungry for it. Should be a great close season between wsr,Honda and the btc boys.

I think dan cam may suffer a bit of a hangover from how he lost the title last year, might take a few rounds to find his mojo. I’m still not sure on creesy, he seems to be more hype than talent so far. Nice guy, but I can’t see him being up there.

I think creasey will settle in better this year and should be running mid to front pack, plus I think the move to btc was the right move for him. Cammish has the yorkshire stubborness and will come out pushing from lights out but that may be his undoing again.

Paul o'Neil has to drop the mic this year

I normally do both brands and thruxton, but as they’ve switched the dates around, looks like I’ll be doing snetterton, knockhill, maybe silverstone and the last brands this year.

Its getting harder to call every year, but i'm going to stick my neck out for Cammish this year, unless the mighty Turkington has another solid season and epic ending again. For a real curveball winner though, Ingram is well overdue being higher up the table, just not sure he has a good enough support package yet though.

Whatever way it goes, there will be epic crashes and Plato will be shoving everyone off left, right and centre (never his fault) and everyone will shove Plato off (not his fault either) and Sutton will have at least one race where he pretty much drives the whole race on the grass to get from 21st to 1st place, with eyes red like a demon....tis always and adventure in the BTCC

That pretty much sums it all up, you forgot that Matt neal will also pint people off, then get angry when they do it to him too.

Him and Plato are the same in many ways- having been round since they started the cars with a handle at the front, I think Matt does it with more style & charm though .

I think he’ll be fast in the Infiniti, not sure how it’ll do reliability wise.

BRIDPORT

Bring back the good ‘ole days,

Andy Rouse in a big Capri

Win Percy in a 1600 Toyota

Richard Longman in a 1275GT

all on the grid together and all with a chance of the title. I know I know, I live in the past where summers were better and snow fell at Christmas I’m happy in my world don’t burst my bubble.

Whatever happens the season will run to Brands for a decider. Which makes it the best series anywhere.

But as has been said about Plato and Neal they do use quite a bit if rubbing and then chuck their toys out of the pram when they get served up some back.

There’s a distinct lack of ladies in this thread....are there no female petrol heads who watch the BTCC?

I have not watched btcc since Nigel mansell was in it, so it's been a few years.rubbing was very much racing.

Is it worth a watch now ?

I'm a petrol head but it's F1 that floats my boat. Xx

Jiggy has to be up there, very quick in anything, problem with touring cars is the organizers limit the power or increase the weight of cars they dont like, i know i used to run a team, i remember a meating with all the teams, and the big man, whos name will go unsaid, told us all,, dont forget that this championship is showbiz not racing.
