I have just been walking home and an old woman was thrown out of a taxi and left lying in middle of road. I shit you not I'm fuckin fuming. So I walked her to her old people home virtually carried her. She was sk funny on way, we got to home and nobody was there, it was like a fuckin 5 star hotel. So I seen her to room and she got in ok, I didn't enter room but there was nobody there, I went back downstairs to tell someone. Nobody there, what the fuck,?

I made sure she got to her room ok, I tried to find someone to let them know that she may need assistance but nobody anywhere

Because I know the place where she lives and it's about 10 minutes walk, so if I called the police they'd have done nothing so I decided the best thing was to make sure she got home ok. I was with other friends.

But you have concerns about a vulnrable person. I would report anyway as she could be at risk of the same happening again and the next person to fond her may not be as kind as you. You done well but you should do more.
