If they want a private life they should drop the HRH royal titles and she shouldn't have done a voice over for Disney. " Now, I didn't say private life did I? Clearly they are not seeking or expecting that. I just find it strange that the general public have such strong views about a relationship dynamic that we have no inside knowledge of, beyond the media images and soundbites that we have been fed. But then Northern industrial communities voted for Brexit and a Tory government so I shouldn't be surprised really.

Some of the comments on social media are shocking almost amusing. The anger and hate some are showing towards a couple they do not know over a choice they made is very strange at best. I’ve never been into celebs or public figures like they so maybe I am missing something.

"None of us know her, none of us know him, none of us know what goes on inside their marriage or the royal family. I agree with Queen Leviosa though, if ever a mixed sex couple make an unpopular decision almost everyone says the woman has got the man under her thumb. Yet she should live in a foreign country, in an institution that nothing could have prepared her for and she should be grateful to her husband for lifting her from the quagmire. "

"She’s a disgrace in my opinion. Last year I was told by someone who works closely “she’s awkward” Being awkward makes her a disgrace?" No, been awkward is the quote from the guy, it is me that believes she’s a disgrace. Just look at how she’s treated her sisters and father. It doesn’t take a genius to work out she’s a materialistic and callous individual. Without any doubt it will end in a divorce. I’ll give it 10 years tops.

I have seen lots of supportive ones for the both of them of do what makes you happy. I wouldn't stay in a job that I was unhappy in either. I just think we shouldn't be deluded that they won't still be in the public eye ( going by their own website ) rather than an office job somewhere. I'm open to being educated if you can tell me what she is done to make you say she despises this land? What has she done to make her a fiend and a cretin? I'm actually genuinely interested. Personally, I would hate to live my life under the sort of scrutiny the royals do. Harry has never been the most conforming royal, it's always been obvious he has fawned after his freedom, so I'm not sure why this comes as such a surprise to everyone.

"The most recent developments are interesting. Do they change people's views?" My view stays the same, they need to do what makes them all happy. I just don't think they got what they were "asking" for , ie half in half out. I think this is the only result they should have got. After watching Andrew Marr this morning I still don't think anything is going to change with the press reporting on their every move, going by what was said it may get worse as in the USA as they don't stick to what is asked by the Royals in the UK
