What have you cooking for dinner tonight? I put a piece of brisket in the slow cooker this morning slow cooke beef and mash for me x

Allotment cobbler.

Basically Mediterranean vegetables in a tomato and herb sauce, with savory scones on top.

My fav meal so far has been a gammon joint cooked in it, so tender and delicious

Slow cooked shoulder lamb with a fresh honey rub and rosemary, garlic, plenty of veg. Sadly the stock has let it down and the meat isn’t as tender as I would of liked it
