It depends how I'm feeling, if my cramps aren't awful and I don't feel ill then I'll do it, with lots of towels. Only with my husband though and it doesn't happen very often because he's not usually that into it.

I definitely feel horny at that time but I don't like the mess and it's not something I would entertain with a new meet. Period blood smells icky anyway. I don't think it's a sexy thing to do at all.
