Think i have bn blessed with good genes as do not really put weight on. However, i do eat healthy and walk alot with my dogs. If i had more free time i would go swimming daily.

Redhill

Run the London Marathon.

18 months ago I would have been audacious enough to say “in under 5 hours” now “to finish it without dying” seems appropriate...

But yes, hopefully getting back to the shape and fitness level I was 18-24 months ago...

More

(Increasing my press ups, sit ups and squat thrusts in boxing training is my goal, so more (on the bright side I am 15 years older than the next oldest and within 4 press ups of him so doing well)

I have longer term goals of course, but my shorter term goals are being consistent to get my arse back to the longer term goals.

So more free time for you.

Do you track how you spend it? Since I started last year I have cut so much crap time wasting out and there is loads more to cut. I would be fitter and happier if I did.
