Just thought I'd keep this moving... Some of the things that give me the biggest anxiety are daft little thing that I let mount up.... I've just received 2 letters that are last reminders about something that's incredibly important.... I've been putting it off for weeks and weeks... My work inbox can be the same

I've started reading "Getting Things Done" by Dave Allen.... It helps my brain out things into a process and allows me to manage it better..... I'll get these damn letters fixed now!!!

I can go for a few weeks and have no problem, then other times the whole week is just an anxiety ridden write off.

Kinda a roller coaster I can’t get off.

Yeah it's defo ups and downs. My gaps are bigger these days

Yeah it's decent.... Reading more helps as does a good box set...

The exercise thing is eluding me as yet.... Lthough walking my 10k steps every day in 2020 so far is also assisting!!
