The finer nuances of the cock pic

We all know that disembodied photos of men's cocks are widely lambasted on the forums, with only a few voicing approval. I have no desire or intention of putting up such a photo.

However, I do have some nude photos taken by a professional photographer in her studio. Other photos from that session are in our gallery and avatar (if you wanted to get an idea of what I'm talking about) but nothing showing my wedding tackle. I have some from that session showing everything, full-frontal, or showing only a slight glimpse of cock.

Is that sort of photo looked upon more favourably? Do people who dislike cock photos think this would be potentiallyaappealing or unappealing to include in our public gallery? I would still hide my face if I displayed them. Maybe you think they would be better in our private gallery or better avoided altogether.

Some people may say it's our gallery and we can do what we like. I understand that. I'm interested in what you guys think.

Personally I have no problem with a cock pic within a wider gallery of interesting other pics. It's when men have about 25 of them all shot from a different angle, or even the same angle, then it's not for me. I believe a gallery should provide an insight into the personality of a person or couple as well as something to stimulate interest.

I like a good dick pic so perhaps I'm not the target audience for your OP. Personally speaking I'm not a fan of overly staged photos overall (studio ones) - I much prefer ones which give a proper insight into how someone is - ones that capture a moment in time and reflect an aspect of personality. If it was a sort of amusing take on one, sure.

Surely the pinnacle of cock shottery is the slightly out of focus top shot, over an unflushed toilet....possibly with a Sky remote if you’re feeling arty?
