What’s your thoughts? I love been called a dirty slut but getting called a slag would offend me as I personally think there’s a difference!

I can tell you exactly how this will go.

Some will, some wont

The end.

This question gets asked every other week and it always plays out the same. Usually ending in an argument for no reason.

It's a subjective word. As poster said above, some will and some won't. Like so many things on here, it's a preference. For me personally it depends on the situation and the context x

If you just want your eyes gouged out then slag will get you that. If you want your eyes gouged out and shoved up your arse then slut.....

Central

It depends on context and intent. I could perhaps be quiet, due to my profile name but think generally that neither are appropriate in the wider world and without appropriate relationships and context. Ive had some regret over my ID but persisted with it for 10 years and probably will keep it now, as there are a fair few others with the same personal name, Sophie. If I knew it troubled someone I'd probably alter it but think people generally think as adults and assume that I get what I deserve, if it's unsuitable. I will be the one to lose out, as I could have some people who avoid me - I'm insufficiently aware of whether or not this is the case in reality.

In general, we should all respect everyone else and both terms are reasonably perceived as insults by most people. I'd be somewhat annoyed or angry if people I didn't know in the wider world used them against me, though also know many to be ignorant of my lifestyle choices.

Will depend on the person and situation like most things i guess...

Some love it as want to be degraded, some don't mind it in certain situations and not all the time and some will flat out hate it....

Guess have this type of discussion before even thinking of using it ??
