haha yeah used to get this early on during gym when I started drinking whole milk. It is automatic almost on heavy squats and deadlifts

got a few laughs from the gym rats and one person pulled an angry face

thankfully doesn't happen anymore

Lol how funny!! Just when i need a good laugh too...thanks for that

Years ago when i was at the gym...a new older lady joined us for the night. She came to the back of the room and stood by me. Was hilarious when we started the sit ups!!! I couldn't keep up for laughing!! lol....needless to say she never came back! lol Bless her!
