How are people getting on with dry Jan. I’ve been doing it for very long time now. Also completely cut out Chocolate, crisps and biscuits for the month.

Not going stop being naughty for the month that’s a step too far lol

I don’t do dry January, it’s normally a dry Christmas/New Year break.

I haven’t had a drink since 18th December but that always stops on 10th January, so 22 days
