Yes. We are very open and honest with regards to our life. If people don’t approve, that’s their problem. Granted we don’t tell every single person, but we’d have no issue if those we hadn’t discovered it

Some of my family do, my friends do and all my work colleagues do. Basically everyone around me knows. I felt being open about my trans self, social life etc made me feel better instead of hiding it. I've had no issues with anyone

Same here. Our family, friends, work colleagues etc generally know. Family members don't ask, but others do. We've found that being open and honest about our lifestyle helps people understand what we do and why, which makes them less likely to judge us our jump to conclusions.

When I worked on a particular building site, one young lad would always ask me on Monday morning break, "Have you done any swinging this weekend Rich?"

Please don’t be so hard on yourself; there’s always someone who has interests in all types.

Wee suggestion; update your profile and keep the poem for the short stories/poems thread? Also do more socials; helps you meet folk that you can build up long term (as you’ve said that’s your preferred way)
