Depends on how you class a diet.

If you are making lifestyle changes then you don’t need cheat days. Also, calling them cheat days paints them as something naughty or wrong - would be better to come up with a different term. Reward days maybe?

I’ve lost 3 stone now, by not stressing if I over indulge and sorting my head out

I don’t have a whole day as I don’t see the point as it defeats the object but I do save loads of my WW points for the weekend then I can indulge without cheating

I had a MASSIVE cheat day yesterday, didn't eat anything till 17:30 tonight.

Back on it with my normal food tomorrow.

I do the SW food in batch, so that sorts me for the week.
