Doing the same, day 5 and first weekend been a struggle, soft drinks in the pub not the same!

Nothing at all. Giving up things is such a negative.

New Year is probably the worst time ever to force change in our lives. It rarely lasts and a date on a calendar isnt really a motivation for anything.

Change it can and will happen in it's own time if that's what we want and we see it as a positive rather than giving things up...
