Resolutions, or just carrying on. What skills or hobbies are you picking up or carrying on this year?

I've got a long list. Strength training with kettlebells, get faster at running, be consistent with my blogging, finish setting up my side hustle and turn it into a f/t business.

My biggest issue, I guess, is that I want to do so much, and I'm not good at prioritising.

How about you, Swing?

I've got a gym list, as always.

Confidence stuff, lots to do there.

Learning one language and dusting off another.

Sorting out some of the shit in my vanilla life.

I'm hoping my weight stabilises this year. Losing weight is expensive.

Keep going to the gym, trim the tum, drink less and eat better.

Volunteering at a local food bank starts next week, as well. Looking forward to it.

Wrote a list of niggling negatives I need to work on and burnt it ..

Got a job I wasn't looking for today.

Walking more as it helps my dodgy hip.. (and the daaags like it)

Always always try and think positive thoughts.

Aim to get through the day without throat punching someone

There and to the left a bit

My main one is getting into a regular pattern of gym going...joined one late October last year with the intention of going three times a week but then personal circumstances changed and prevented it after a handful of visits - once those circumstances settle down into a pattern I can work out how to fit the gym around them
