Im not the smartest cookie as in what the brains trust chat about im a gutter rat but its also a strength i also tend to over react to my passions and punnish myself over silly things

But on the positive side am one hell of a good lay and im fucking legendary

I know a lot of men who are insecure about that. I think things like men’s health magazine have a massive impact on people’s confidence.

I still see my previous self when i look in a mirror, my hang ups about my size took over my life at one point ive only wore short sleeve tops in the past 8 months, when im out and a girl looks at me i get very self conscious and think theyre looking thinking 'your pathetic' its only recently my body image is becoming positive mentally.

Am I this enough? Am i that enough? If I was more xyz would I be a better person? If I was less ABC would I be a better person?

Then I remind myself I'm enough. I'm me.

I wonder at times if life is passing too quickly and I should take more risks, be bolder, but then what if I ruined what I already have.

I’m self confident and secure with who I am and happy with that. However, I have Aspergers so being in social situations, particularly one to one where I know I’m going to struggle badly makes me feel insecure.

Not easily!! Its not quite that simple for me. I want to change it and I'm trying to. It's going to take a long time. I have some mental health issues which have a big impact on my self esteem. They also cause me to binge eat which in turn makes things worse.

I don't care about my height. It's a pain when I can't reach stuff in cupboards or on top of the fridge or top shelf of the wardrobe but I have a handy pair of steps for that.
