Have you ever had one? Where everything clicked into place in your mind and you simply changed forever?

For me, the day I dressed and properly did my makeup, wig the works. Looking at the mirror and fancying who I saw looking back. Defining moment x

Yes, I’ve had a few moments in my life like that.

La la land

Yes I have had a couple and they were both life changing. It's weird to go from being confused and scared to knowing exactly what you need to do.

Manchester (she/her)

Mine tend to be more gradual realisations. But I have looked back on certain moments and realised that they were the start of an irreversible shift.

Nope, never had a moment like that. I feel like my mental health holds me back and would love to have a moment where I can just be like fuck off brain, I'm doing life my way bitch and you're not stopping me.

I highly doubt that's ever going to happen though because that's not how mental health works

.

Yes, I've had a couple when I stop overthinking and just let my mind naturally do what it has to. They've made me a better person and helped me realise how capable I am.
