Recently mine has been a banana, 2 toast and a glass of cranberry juice mixed with iced water (can't drink it on it's own)

Then a coffee when I get in work to give me that extra 'ping'

At a weekend, I like boiled eggs, toasted bagels, fresh fruit and proper coffee and once in a while a humungous bacon butty.
