That's 8LB a month and then some months you may lose half that. I'd say that SAFELY you could lose 2 stone or just under in 4 months. Yes I know people will lose a lot more a LOT more but they are the eternal yo yo dieters who go up and down losing muscle each time until they just sit in flabsville. Slow and steady. Just cut out choc and snacks for the first month and walk for an hour every day and do some muscle building at night. ( no equipment needed , bean cans in a bag will do ) " Thanks GC. I've heard so many amazing things about it though and that it's worth the money. I'll probably buy it at some stage. | |||
