On a similar theme I had a friend who had HIV and we met on another dating site. All he wanted was some company and we’d hang out watch films and share a take away. We’d cuddle and spend time together. Sadly he passed almost 4 years ago. He’d been a very talented trombonist and singer and passed away at 45.

We can’t underestimate the power of a hug and the human contact that many people need. It’s enough to give an endorphin boost and that improves moods.

Yes is very important,have people who are isolated !And the human touch makes a huge difference. Read an article not so long regarding to this. Actually have people who train to be a professional cuddler. In America and UK. If you want to know more Google about the importance of hugs ,might you come across the article. X
