On a similar theme I had a friend who had HIV and we met on another dating site. All he wanted was some company and we’d hang out watch films and share a take away. We’d cuddle and spend time together. Sadly he passed almost 4 years ago. He’d been a very talented trombonist and singer and passed away at 45.

We can’t underestimate the power of a hug and the human contact that many people need. It’s enough to give an endorphin boost and that improves moods.

Actually have people who train to be a professional cuddler. In America and UK. If you want to know more Google about the importance of hugs ,might you come across the article. X
