I'm torn between two, it's a good question!

Either improve healthcare across the board (from helping those who are terminal to alleviating pressures/workloads for those who work in healthcare so there's improved service provision).

Or help those in need and so all have a basic, good standard of life regardless of external factors.

I wasn't sure how to answer this, but I'll go with honest. I'm a recovering bulimic, I've been out of treatment for about 18 months and I'm a lot bigger than I used to be.

So now, nothing. I eat what I like and I move and exercise when it feels good and I try my best to be okay with the consequences of that because it's much healthier than the alternative.

Pit - losing my dad and being in hospital.

Changing friendships.

Peaks (there are many)

- realising how loved I am by those who matter to me.

- the laughter and ridiculous times I've had with friends and loved ones alike.

- achieving more professionally than I thought I could and seeing how capable I am.

- meeting some dear friends for the first time. It feels like I've known them years and it makes me so happy to have them in my life.

- getting our annual mortgage statement and seeing how much we've paid off.

- meeting a well known comedian who was incredibly complimentary towards me.

I feel very lucky right now.

This is a good question. The obvious thing to say is take them down the pub show them a good time but I always feel the right thing to do is talk to them and listen to what they have to say. Don’t force an opinion on them but just listen.
