So here we are..a few pounds and a load of toxins heavier.

So what?? Maybe you're nourished enough?

OR if you're like me..

How about ditching the scales, the self judgement and diets.

Embrace your body..know what you love and give it to yourself.

What will you do to love yourself fit?

... get a massage, have candle lit baths, fresh air, eat the food you know makes you feel good, more slobbing, get hugs, read a good book, get some sex and lovin ..

What are you going to do to love yourself fit?

'Just let the soft animal of your body love what it loves'

Manchester (she/her)

I found a diet that leaves me less hungry, so I'm not suffering (I'm on it for unusual health reasons). I found exercise I loved. I ditched beating myself up.

.

Stop listening to/paying attention to the negativity of others and what they say/how they look at me - loving myself helps me be the best me and lose weight.

Start getting out, even if for a jog, regardless of the weather and the myriad of excuses I can conjure. I feel so much better in myself in when I do so.

Take time to truly cook food I love with the best ingredients I can afford and the time I can give it. Make food about nourishing myself not comfort.

Buying clothes that truly make me happy. Not because I think they make me look slim (let's face it, I'm fat and a cardigan won't hide that). But wearing things that make me smile encourages to pay more attention to my body.
