Good evening dearest Friends Fabbers and Forumites .

I hope you all enjoyed your festive season. Lots of spiffing presents and time spent with friends and family.

It's been jolly here in my lovely little corner of Wales.

So, soon so many of us will be setting new years resolutions and goals . I always set attainable ones , this year I have chosen a set of cycling targets. To get fitter, but mostly to carry on enjoying an activity I have come to love .

So chums too tonight's question .

"What did you always want to try but never find the time to do?"

This could be absolutely anything

I have a polished black grandpiano in my hallway, i bought it 3 years ago.. my 'x' could play it beautifully.. me.. well i sound like im whacking it with a yard brush...

ive always wanted to play so im going to have lessons

Been taking lessons for a few months and recently passed my theory test first time so now ready for the proper test

Training for a cycling sportive I'll be doing in June. 103 miles over dartmoor it's going to be tuff as it's very hilly route.

I'd like to learn to pole dance.

I'd like to learn to play the drums.

Finally finish C25k.

Wear my hair in its natural 'fro to a social. I think my anxiety might stop that though.

This year I’m aiming to be able to make my own clothes. It seems like quite a big task but I’m hoping to break it into steps; find who makes patterns which are my style, learn where to go for contemporary fabrics etc. Then hopefully that will lead on to being able to make my own patterns in a few year’s time.

Easy and fast

Preheat oven temp. 220°

Recipie :

Two tortilhas , in a mixer you mix butter , garlic and parsley .

In both tortillas in one side of each you spread the buter mix,

In one tortilla, on top of the butter mix, you add grated cheese ( loads

), and put on top the other tortilha with the butter mix up .

Now on top you do the same add cheese and add thin slices of red chilli . Put in the oven till cheese melts and the corners of the tortilha come crispy

Bone Appetite

Don't forget left a slice for me
