helpppppp needed

my wand has gone kapput n im not a happy bunny lol the company i got it from seems to av gone bust too (just my fooking luck) does anyone know how to repair them.... plesaseeeeeeeeeeeeeee i miss it, its my baby mmmmmm sob sob!!! any help greatly appreciated

its totally kaputt, lol .... only 2mnth old n hardly used either, just died , had some charge left in it but still no life at all !! .... checked charger, cables, n plu/fuse n all seem intact n fine

Sounds like the transformer has burnt out. Look for specilist repairers of such things, they are salvageable.

Stick a multimeter on the charger, it should be outputting the voltage that it says on the label... if not pop into Maplins and buy a replacement one.

Electricity comes into your home from a wiring system that starts at a power plant some distance away. Different appliances in your home need larger or smaller amounts of electric power. Why not contact the maker of said piece of equipment, surely it being 2 months old means it's not fit for purpose and has a fault. Just because the supplier has gone doesn't void the gaurenttee? It should have a manufacturers warranty

Cant promise anything but will have a blimmin good try to see if I can sniff out the problem for ya

you may find (seing as its rechargable) that it is just the batterys that need replacing (only replace with rechargeable batteries tho)

Not a problem at all and I am only to happy to help. The mear least I can do for a sniff of the said gusset in question. So what time shall I expect those drawes in the post then yeah? I will go wash mi knob ready as I always find I can think better for problem solving with a clean knob thats being wanked ever so furiously to the sniff of worn drawes. HONEST

a lot of these wands are imports and are for 110 volts Please Please check the chargers label as you could set fire to your house

if 220 / 240 volts on label do what was said earlier and check the output if faulty pop to maplins
