I wish I could nap. I find it really hard to fall asleep but once I'm out that's it, don't try and wake me because I won't be happy.

An ex used to take naps and as long as he didn't sleep more than 45 minutes he was golden. I wake up not knowing who or where I am, what day it is or what the hell happened. It's not a great state to be in.

Very good for the immune system and getting through the day.

I try to nap at least 15 minutes in the week in the afternoon and longer at the weekend.

I snooze on all my flights.

I've taken afternoon naps for years only about 30 mins but it helps my concentration

I even book meeting rooms out at work close the blinds just so I get my 30 mins !

I don’t think I’ve ever napped after sex. Usually working up to round 2.
