A pair of earrings. Nothing flashy but I love them.

Katie.

A hug from my best friend's almost five year old daughter, who I call my niece.

She has Asperger's and can be a bit unsure of people and we haven't managed to see each other since the summer. But as soon as she saw me today she ran straight to me for a hug.

Nothing like a little smooch and intimacy to make the season bright!

I got a Poundland mug that actually cost £1.

It's a standing joke that Poundland makes me really cross selling stuff for more than £1, so this really made me laugh. Possibly the favourite thing I was given!

Hand written gift tags from my children. Actually written by them. They’re both under 10. Saved in their memory boxes.

It makes me furious that stuff costs more than a pound! THAT JUST MAKES IT A REGULAR SHOP! Glad you grabbed something proper in there

At last, someone else feels my pain! It's POUNDland, not CHARGEWHATEVERYOUWANTland.

That's why the mug off my mate made me laugh so much, it actually says on it "this mug cost £1"

It's bloody false advertising!! That's amazing, I think they need to put that label on everything left in there that's actually a pound
