"Bakewell Tart" I'm making one of those right now. The pastry is in the oven and the almond batter is made ready to go in. Made a few carrot cakes, which always go down well with whomever eats them. I also make a decent chilli, with or without meat. | |||

"What is your speciality dish?? " It's always my turn to cook and unfortunately the kids like different to me a lot of the time so it's never one meal suits all. I'm proud of my currys (borrow and buy ingredients from my local restaurant) And my lightly toasted fish finger sandwiches are awesome with cheese, tomato, iceberg lettuce etc | |||
