when after meeting a person on here. and you see that they are online, should you pass on a message to say hi. or just leave it alone for a few days. What im wondering is, does it sound pushy to get in touch so soon again".

or if you don't get in touch is it offensive to the other party.

Do you prefer it if they do message you back and keep in touch?

Do you go back to meet people you have met before?

I would say go with your personality...if its in your nature to say hi then say hi...if they think its pushy then thats with them not you, but also respect that they might feel like that and leave it be

Keep on smiling folks

Whatever you do...

Some will think nothing of it either way.

Some will hate you for it and probably block you.

A small few will think 'YES' he's the one for me/us

in all seriousness that depends on the meet

some people i dont want to meet again and id sooner they didnt mail me, but if they do i will still reply because its just rude not to

Some guys i meet i hope they do mail me but if they dont i can take a hint

i would never mail firt because i wouldnt want to put anyone on the spot if they want to meet me again i leave them to get in touch, even if i had met them before i still wait for them to mail me first after each meet

i do sometimes do re meets if i like someone but most of my meets are one offs

Maybe, and I would suggest it's common on here, the other person feels and acts in the same way. I think you should be secure enough to do what you want to do either way without stressing too much about the other persons reaction.

My mum always said, dont chase after men, if they are interested they will contact you first, dont let them think you are too bothered about them. She said it puts men off if your too keen.

Yep understand that. Sometimes though it's nice to just act on how we feel and not on what others say is best after all what's the worst that can happen , they don't want to see us any more

Or it could make it look like not interested at all , think of it this way , if the guy sits and waits cos he thinks it makes him look too needy and you do same then you both miss out.

If you have meet a few people and they are all trying to talk to you...

Makes it hard to chat to new people to meet and play with. Some do get in a strop if you don't reply straight away.

Go with the flow and if u feel u want to message them then do, nothing wring with saying u had a lovely time with them and would love to do it again if that's how you feel. I just think be polite always and mostly u will get it back and if u don't then they r not people I want to get to know more

Guess it's the old thing, if you are worried about contacting them and they the same. A wonderful repeat performance could be missed out on.

A polite thank you to me is always good manners and manners maketh the man or woman

If you had a great time simply say so with a message saying how much you enjoyed it while its still fresh in your mind - if it was just ok wait for them to contact you - if it was rubbish , remove them from your friends list and wait for them to ask why - and don't be afraid to say so !

Not all men enjoy chasing. Constantly having to chase a girl would personally put me off a girl. But this is talking in dating terms rather than swinging. but same does apply to swinging.

Send a message the next day thanking them for a meet and say you had a great time.

Just leave it at that, not only just it show politeness it then gives them the opportunity to say whether they want to see you again. Youve made it clear you had a good time but not pushing them into a meet

I think its ni0e to hear from someone you've met. Makes me especially smile when I get a message whilst we are still travelling on the way home. Doesn't make me feel they are clingy, just that they had a good time and want to say thanks as an appreciative gesture.

I also message and say thank you.

I have made a few guy friends that I've met and they message occasionally to tell me what's going on in their lives, just a general chit chat. Maybe we will meet again. Who knows, but to me it feels a nice friendly and polite gesture.

Of course it may be different for singles as I won't be seen as clingy or wanting more because being in a couple that obviously isn't the case

it all depends on who i am meeting

if it is someone new, then i will send a message to say it was nice meeting them without hinting at a repeat

if it is someone i have met numerous times, i just leave it and assume if we weren't having good times then we wouldn't keep meeting

I agree with iconic. If I've had a good time I often enjoy a rematch, so a it was fun mail is always welcome.

As is the occasional hi,.how's life treating you message - I get a.lot of mail and by the time ive dealt with all the ones I don't want to meet friends often slip through the net...

Although if you've been given my phone number a hi text or a.joke is always welcome - only the ones who really impress get my number!
