I do Hand glass engraving with diamond points and manual tool rather than a drill; more time consuming but personal that way as it’s unique.

As well as the diet, think about doing something active as changes to what you eat and how much you do will help you achieve your goal. I found ballroom dancing was a really good way for me to add some exercise to my week whilst changing some of my food habits. Good luck with your goal!
