How about the guy I met on my way to work. Footpath running along a dual carriageway, car parked on the path, parallel to the road completely blocking it. Only way round is in the road. This is outsode a BB with a carpark...

My slight shake of the head at this somewhat moronic behaviour was enough to have the guy out the car, threatening me and trying to start a fight.

Why was he a twat, well his jacket had his company name on it, as I pointed out to him, and not being a local company the owners new exactly who I was talking about when I rany to discuss his behaviour!
