I rarely drink and last week i was out with work and had a few and a few more in a d*unken stupor made a decision to do something that has cost me what could have been good or has it? After 9mths of talking and meeting the last 2half mths of that 9 i was ghosted for 5weeks i accepted a lift home last week and left a colourful veri as you do, and after 5weeks he pops back to say nice to see i have moved on and not waiting for him, have i lost something or better out now from it????

So, he’s ghosted you for five weeks and now he’s upset you’ve moved on?

Sounds like a lucky escape

o o OO o o

You haven’t missed out on anything.

Why would someone thing you should wait for them for 5 weeks until they could be arsed to get back in touch?

He’s a bit full of himself.

I think it depends on what relationship you had and what you fucked up xx

On the face of it it doesn't sound like you lost too much, but it depends on how you felt about it.

He’s fucked up , not you !!

What a knob and typical narcissistic thing to do.

Lucky escape methinks

Don’t even bother

North west ish

You were ghosted for 5 weeks and you think that is something good? Be kind to yourself and move on. No decent person ghosts you for 5 weeks and then calls you out for moving on. Let them deal with their issue and totally cut them out of your life. They don't care about you, they are playing with you. That is not something good. Good luck.

Move forwards and waste no time looking backwards. They had their chance and as they say you snooze you lose!

So was the “ghoster” a fabber who saw that you’d given a different fabber a veri? And has reacted badly to that?

If that’s the case I wouldn’t say it sounds like you’ve lost out on a good thing. It sounds like possessive behaviour which is definitely an odd way to act on a swingers site.

Yeah don’t think anybody on a website like this should be offended if somebody meets somebody else.

Is kind of the point of the whole thing.

Sounds like a ghosting stalker, which is not a good combination. Instincts are seldom wrong.

Five weeks can easily go by in the blink of an eye, but he can hardly complain about you meeting someone else in the meantime. This is Fab, not [serious dating/relationship site].com.

Not being aware of the entire story I'm hesitant to criticise either of you. All I'll say is that if it was right for you both you'd be talking to each other.

Good luck to the two of you

Hiding in the shadows

So, he's ghosted you for 5wks, then sends a message saying, glad you've moved on?!

Really?

Did he think you'd spent 5wks, pinning for him, waiting day in day out for him to contact you?

Sounds like his ego is bigger than his personality.

You're better off without twunts like that in your life

No matter what site you are on or met from.

Until you sit down together and agree to stay monogamous then no harm or foul.

You say he's seen it from another profile? Implying the profile you know him from is either blocked or not showing as logged in

Your definitely thinking the right way stick with your gut. The fact he hasn’t spoken in 5 weeks and then pops up because you get a veri is not a good sign.

Agree, what did he expect, you to hang around on the off chance he popped back into your fab life. Well rid, no respect, childish too. He can't have it all on his terms xx

Again thank you for all your comments and all taken on board i had actually not done anything for those 5weeks as i knew of a situation with him at home so just got on with work and life but the fact he had ghosted all my texts and then the very next morning after a veri was given to me seemed a bit of a wtf moment so thanks for all your feedback and yeah new year coming so onwards and upwards (no pun intended ) thanks guys and girls xxx

Sounds like he was playing you, you don't ghost someone for that long to then say something like that.

Forget about him and have fun
